Technical Support

When you are stuck and need help please keep this in mind:

    • Do NOT use Live chat for technical support
    • Use comment section available in each step of the guide
    • Don't just say "it doesn't work". If you want a solution fast describe what you did, what error you get and maybe even include a screenshot. I can only assume what is wrong if I don't get enough info about a problem you are facing.
    • Please don't email me after you posted a comment and ask me to answer it. I already got a notification about a new comment and will answer as soon as I can.

  • Let's be honest. You went with a plan that does not include support so don't expect me to drop everything I am working on to help you fix your problem. Keep in mind that I too am a human and have my own life so don't be mad if I don't reply right away. In some cases, it might take up to 5 business days, while my usual response time is less than 12h.
