Unlike, the regular campaign or drip emails for a preselected number of recipients, the follow-ups are only meant for the recipients who qualify for the specific custom criteria. The criteria are mostly based on recipients’ activity or status value within the list.

  • How can I view follow-up statistics?

Most of the insights and information you seek concerning the recipients who qualified for the follow-up criteria and have received the follow-up email is similar to what we have discussed earlier in the article General Email Campaign. Here in this article, we’ll just provide you an overview of how the reports and stats of follow-up emails appear after clicking “Auto Follow-Up” from the “Statistics” sub-menu on the main navigation.

Name

The name of the follow-up and the columns next to this name provide more information, insights, statistics, and analysis report of the respective follow-up.

Scheduled By

It is mostly the admin user if no additional users are created using user management. However, if you’ve multiple user accounts in Ninja EMS, the admin user will still be able to see the statistics of the campaigns/ follow-ups created and scheduled by the other users, and their names will appear under this column.

Created

The rows under the column show the date and time when the follow-ups are created and saved within the system.

More Detailed Insights

So far the first-page system has displayed the general information to recognize the follow-up you want to see the report of. All stats and reports of a follow-up email appear on the next page and can be reached by clicking the icon under the “Detail” column.

Summary

Like the first two types of statistics pages for general campaigns and drips, detailed reports and stats are displayed under different tabs. The summary tab provides a general overview of a follow-up along with the number of recipients to which the follow-up has been “Sent”, the total number of recipients who have opened, and clicked the follow-up email as well as the number of emails bounced and reported as spam.

Rest of the tabs

Next to the summary tab, there are tabs providing details of recipients who have opened and clicked the follow-up email, bounced back email addresses, recipients who have reported the follow-up email as spam, and the sending logs. All these tabs have tables to show this information under different columns and all of these tables are discussed in detail in the General Campaign Stats article of the knowledgebase section. You can refer to the area under “More Detailed Insights” of the KB article on General Campaign Stats to learn more about all these tabs.
